We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong fund accounting, non-profit, and grant tracking experience to the General Ledger. Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.

This role supports financial operations organization-wide, including reporting, general ledger oversight, grant activity integration, and cash management. The ideal candidate has nonprofit accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple funding streams with accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain accounting records, general ledger integrity, and monthly close.
• Track and reconcile grant funding to the GL, prepare draw requests, and support compliance audits.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll allocations, depreciation, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Produce financial statements, cash flow forecasting, audit schedules, and tax preparation support.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years accounting experience, including non-profit and fund accounting.
• Experience with grant reporting, multi-program organizations, and audit interaction.
• Sage Intacct experience strongly valued.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
