What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting a busy public accounting team through:
• Preparing and reviewing complex individual and business tax returns
• Leading tax engagements and supporting client relationships
• Managing timelines, deliverables, and documentation with precision
• Conducting tax research and advising on compliance matters
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities as needed
• Guiding junior staff and contributing to a culture of mentorship and growth

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong tax background
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and a confident, client-facing approach
• A detail-driven mindset paired with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Someone who values accuracy, consistency, and dependable follow-through
