We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team for the upcoming tax season. In this role, you will assist clients with preparing and filing individual and/or small business tax returns accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal and state individual income tax returns.
• Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation of expenditures.
• Answer client questions and provide tax planning advice when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and confidentiality of client information.
• Maintain organized records of completed work.

Requirements:

• Prior experience preparing individual tax returns (1+ seasons preferred).
• Knowledge of current federal and state tax codes.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., Drake, ProSeries, TurboTax, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
