We are looking for a Seasonal Accountant to support AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting functions during one of our clients busiest seasons. This is a great opportunity for accounting professionals who enjoy hands-on work and want to contribute immediately in a stable, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Post journal entries and assist with month-end close
Support payroll processing and billing functions
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation as needed
Qualifications
1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR experience
Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar software
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional communication and problem-solving skills
