Scrum Lead Financial Marketing & Data

Location Minneapolis, MN Hybrid
Pay $61.91 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Lead to support high-impact initiatives within financial services marketing and enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead 1–2 technical Scrum teams (temporary dual-team oversight mid-project)
Drive Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery
Partner with stakeholders on offer management and promotional marketing platforms
Support data center migrations, microservices, middleware, and data service initiatives
Remove blockers and ensure on-time delivery

Required Experience:
Proven experience leading technical Scrum teams
Background in financial services (banking/fintech)
Experience with marketing platforms or promotional offer systems
Exposure to data center migration, microservices, or middleware
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally required.
