ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating, Scheduling, and Dispatching Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, and other Fire Life Safety (FLS) Inspections within the Repair / Service / Inspection (RSI) Department
• Schedule equipment and other vendors to complete work
• Create and Track Purchase Orders, Track and Manage parts and material orders & required job tools
• Communicate with Sales and Field for scheduling and completion of jobs
• Oversee job status – upcoming/ongoing work
• Manage Job Status Priority Lists to completion – including tracking Work Orders & Inspection Reports
Job Requirements
Job is fast paced and dynamic. Daily duties include moving from one task to another quickly and efficiently. Scheduling Changes happen frequently. Urgency and Place Keeping are a must
PREFERRED SKILLS
Phone and written communication skills are a must and must be capable in Microsoft Office products and PDF. Must be computer knowledgeable to learn new applications and platforms.
