We are seeking a Sales/Warehouse Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Lewisville/Fort Worth, TX area serving Denton County. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in print, sign manufacturing, wide-format printing, vinyl graphics, or related print production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact for order processing, account support, issue resolution, and relationship building.
- Manage daily branch and warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and workflow coordination.
- Coordinate with production, manufacturing, logistics, and leadership to support product availability and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite or another ERP system, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and support a small warehouse team while promoting safety, accountability, and a positive team culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, strengthen accounts, and support sales growth through responsive service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Occasional later hours may be needed to support West Coast operations.
- Initial training will take place in Oceanside, California, with all travel expenses paid by the company.
- 401(k) eligibility after one year.
- 100% company match on the first 3%.
- 50% company match up to 5%.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead inside sales, customer service, branch operations, and warehouse coordination for a print manufacturing branch.
- Manage inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, receiving, fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse organization.
- Supervise and develop a small warehouse team while maintaining safe, efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate customer orders with production, logistics, manufacturing, and leadership to ensure service commitments are met.
- Experience in print shop operations, sign manufacturing, wide-format printing, vinyl graphics, or a closely related printing environment.
- Familiarity with vinyl films, print production processes, and related materials.
- Customer service and inside sales experience with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Experience managing warehouse, branch, inventory, or fulfillment operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay hands-on in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Computer proficiency with ERP systems.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience preferred based on the level of responsibility for this role.

- Previous supervisory, operations management, or branch management experience.
- Experience supporting business growth through account management, customer service, or inside sales.
