Job Title: Temporary Sales Support Pricing Coordinator

Location: Wilmington, DE 19809 (Fully Onsite, Monday–Friday)
Salary: $27.88–$28.84/hour
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Geographical Requirement: Must reside within a 20-mile radius of Wilmington, DE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Pricing Coordinator for a 6-month contract to provide critical administrative support to our US Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant sales administration experience (excluding appointment setting or calendar management) and thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role involves managing pricing contracts, field inquiries, and customer accounts while leveraging Salesforce CRM to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:
• Sales Administration & Program Assistance:
• Update deviated pricing contracts and serve as a liaison between Sales and Shared Services.
• Manage field inquiries related to pricing and credits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Process sales promotional credits efficiently.
• Account Management:
• Support territory, customer, and vendor management initiatives.
• Build and maintain accurate customer communication lists and account information in Salesforce CRM.
• Act as the key point of contact for team members within a US Sales area.
• Project & Task Management:
• Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, owning deliverables from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of team projects and priorities.
• General Support:
• Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure team success.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration or relevant administrative roles (excluding appointment setting or calendar management).
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Must reside within a 20-mile radius of Wilmington, DE, and be available for fully onsite work Monday through Friday.

Note: This is a temporary, non-exempt position with no bonus eligibility. Candidates should be prepared to work onsite full-time in Wilmington, DE, for the duration of the 6-month assignment.
