Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist with customer communication, order processing, reporting, scheduling, and coordination of sales activities to help drive overall team success. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and leadership
• Process sales orders, proposals, contracts, and customer documentation
• Maintain and update customer accounts and CRM databases
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales presentations
• Prepare sales reports, spreadsheets, and performance tracking documents
• Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to appropriate team members
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining customer relationships
• Support marketing and sales initiatives as needed
• Track inventory, pricing updates, and order status when applicable
• Coordinate with internal departments including accounting, operations, and customer service
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or office coordination experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred
Preferred Skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
