We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support & Customer Service Administrative Assistant to help our team expand its reach and impact. This role combines administrative excellence, strong customer service skills, and the ability to support sales efforts through organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, customer service, and clerical support to the sales team
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, partners, and prospects, ensuring excellent service and prompt responses
Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications
Manage and update CRM/database with accurate contact and sales activity information
Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups with potential clients and partners
Assist in tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and maintaining records
Support the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
Handle general office duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
Qualifications:
2+ years administrative, customer service, or sales support experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
