What You’ll Do
As our Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of the sales office—supporting customers, assisting sales representatives, and helping the office run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls, transferring to team members, and assisting with basic customer inquiries
Preparing estimates, processing orders, and assisting with invoicing
Supporting customer account setup, credit card payments, and Will Call orders
Assisting the Sales Manager with special projects
Managing office needs such as ordering supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance
Working both in the office and in the nursery yard as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
Experience in a nursery, landscaping, or related field (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with POS or inventory systems is a plus
Strong customer service and sales support experience
Knowledge of plants, nursery products, or the landscape industry (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Professional communication and a reliable work ethic
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Job Requirements
This is an on-site position with no work-from-home option.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Frequent typing and 10-key use
Movement between office and nursery yard, including exposure to outdoor weather and uneven surfaces
