Immediate need for Sales Support seeking to work for a successful Construction service company in the East Bay Area. This position is vital in providing a positive customer experience and providing solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Interact directly with clients—via phone, email, chat, and in-person—to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure complete satisfaction.
-Processing service requests, managing accounts, delivering timely follow-ups to customers, helping them with products and services.

Key Responsibilities

-Service Quotations: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes tailored to specific service needs and opportunities.

-Order Processing: Enter and confirm service orders, coordinating all scheduling details with clarity and precision.

-Account Management: Update customer records, process changes, and assist with billing and service-related inquiries.

-Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in Salesforce.

-Upselling/Cross-Selling: Recommend additional products or services aligned with customer needs and preferences.

-Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued, heard, and well-supported throughout every interaction.

-Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in resolving customer concerns swiftly and effectively.
