Sales Representative – B2B (Inside Sales Focus)

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to drive new business in the pumping and sanitation industry. This is an outbound sales role focused on calling potential clients from small contractors to large commercial accounts — and getting them to request our services. If you know how to push, follow up, and close, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold call businesses in construction, facilities, and property management to promote our pumping and sanitation services
Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting interest into scheduled jobs
Prepare and provide accurate quotes based on client needs and service types
Coordinate with dispatch to schedule services and communicate job details
Maintain records of client activity, service history, and follow-up notes
Track ongoing accounts and opportunities like a client “inventory” — who’s active, who’s pending, who needs another call
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience — preferably with both inside and outside sales, but inside office-based work is required
Background in or exposure to service-based industries like waste, septic, or industrial cleaning is a plus
Comfortable cold calling and handling rejection without losing momentum
Organized and able to juggle quotes, calls, follow-ups, and job tracking
Strong communication and coordination skills with both clients and operations/dispatch
Bonus If You Have:
Knowledge of local pumping, sanitation, or waste service markets
Experience using CRM or dispatching software
This is a boots-on-the-ground sales role — but from inside the office. If you can hustle over the phone like you would in the field, let’s talk.
