Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify strong matches for client hiring needs.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and business contacts to generate new account opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-up to grow a book of business.
- Perform reference checks, coordinate candidate submissions, and support the placement process from start to finish.
- Negotiate rates, manage client expectations, and maintain strong account relationships.
- Collaborate with internal team members to support recruiting goals, client satisfaction, and placement success.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Source and qualify candidates for open staffing and employment opportunities.
- Develop new business through prospecting, outbound calls, lead generation, and client follow-up.
- Support account management, candidate submissions, rate discussions, and placement coordination.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- 1 to 2 years of sales, recruiting, staffing, business development, customer service, or related professional experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, clients, and business contacts professionally.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-up, networking, and relationship-based selling.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates, client requests, and priorities at once.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
- Positive team player with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, employment services, B2B sales, inside sales, or account management.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, or client development.
- Interest in building a long-term career in staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development.
