What you’ll be doing:
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver the right talent
Generate new business through lead development and outreach
Conduct reference checks and manage the full placement process
Balance recruiting, account management, and sales in a dynamic daily workflow
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 year of experience in a service-driven environment (hospitality, retail, customer service, etc.)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and hit deadlines in a fast-moving setting
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
