In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, managing client relationships, generating leads, cold calling, and making high-quality placements. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and work to ensure the perfect match between client and candidate. Ideal candidates will bring at least one year of experience in a service-focused environment such as hospitality or retail, along with excellent communication skills, a proven ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for multitasking in a dynamic setting. A four-year degree is preferred but not required.
