As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

About the Role
This hybrid inside/outside sales role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on generating new leads, closing deals, and selling services that protect people and property. You’ll manage a 200-mile territory around Memphis, meeting with decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions, and driving year-over-year revenue growth.


What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, retail, industrial, and event sectors
Generate leads and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
Conduct on-site visits, security assessments, and presentations
Develop proposals and pricing plans that meet client needs
Close deals and drive consistent sales growth year over year
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Track and report activity through CRM tools


What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (security industry experience highly preferred)
Proven track record of new business generation, closing deals, and selling services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Familiarity with the Memphis area and surrounding region
