We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys business development, relationship building, and the challenge of winning new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and win new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking, and targeted business development activity.
- Meet with decision-makers to identify hiring needs, uncover business challenges, and present tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service expectations while maintaining strong margins and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to client job openings within your book of business.
- Manage client accounts to drive repeat business, deepen relationships, and grow revenue over time.
- Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline management, and follow-up to support measurable business growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 per year

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Drive new business development and build a client portfolio within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Manage a full-cycle sales and recruiting desk, including prospecting, client consultation, negotiation, and talent delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Recruit and match candidates to open positions based on client needs and role requirements.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, high-volume recruiting, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with confidence making calls, networking, and pursuing new accounts.
- Consultative sales ability with strong questioning, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with performance goals and accountability.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, competitive, and able to stay focused through rejection and changing priorities.
- Ability to build trust with both clients and candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or professional services.
- Existing knowledge of business development, account management, or full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms.
- Demonstrated success developing new accounts or growing a book of business.
