Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline & Business Development
Manage the Flow: Oversee the sales pipeline by engaging potential customers via phone and email, qualifying leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Lead Generation: Source new business opportunities through research and cold calling to fuel our growth.

Strategic Handoffs: Assign leads and quotes to the appropriate personnel and manage the seamless transition of programs to the Operations team.

CRM Administration & Analytics
Be the Expert: Act as the subject-matter expert for our CRM (Zoho/HubSpot), handling implementation, module integration, and data auditing.

Reporting: Generate high-level reports for management to track sales performance and market trends.

Communication: Execute scheduled email campaigns and ensure the entire team adheres to CRM data entry protocols.

Marketing & Global Support
Event Logistics: Coordinate trade show preparations, including logistics, payments, and travel arrangements.

Global Presence: Attend national and international trade shows and networking events to represent the brand and capture leads.

Sales Support: Assist outside reps with "Lunch & Learn" activities, annual meetings, and general project management.

What You’ll Bring
Experience: 3+ years in a sales, business development, or internal sales support role.
