Client located in West Orlando, is in search of savvy Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with boating enthusiasts and customers to understand their project goals and recommend the right solutions.
Proactively manage and close sales opportunities, including both standard products and custom projects.
Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timely execution.
Translate customer needs into actionable quotes and proposals while clearly communicating value.
Follow up on leads, quotes, and inbound inquiries to maximize your sales pipeline.
Continuously improve product knowledge to confidently address technical questions and objections.
Own the customer relationship from first interaction through order placement, acting as their trusted adviser.

3-5 years of sales experience
Proven sales ability and passion for helping customers find the right solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
Interest in or experience with boats and boating accessories is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with custom projects
Ability to understand basic technical drawings and dimensions (engineering mindset a plus)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Schedule 5 Days a Week based on Business needs. Company is open 7 days a week.
Commission-based pay structure (base + commission)
Occasional travel to industry trade shows
