We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative with experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, specifically freight forwarding. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands import/export operations, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and has a proven ability to both manage existing accounts and develop new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, focusing on account retention and expansion
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within logistics and freight forwarding
- Sell end-to-end logistics solutions supporting import, export, and freight movement
- Prepare and deliver weekly sales, customer, and activity reports
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and customer interactions using company CRM and reporting tools
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of freight forwarding sales experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, imports, exports, and freight forwarding
- Proven ability to manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Highly organized with experience producing weekly reports and maintaining consistent follow-up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (Microsoft Teams used daily)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Additional language skills strongly encouraged
- Existing book of business or personal client base (eligible for additional bonuses and commissions)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $120,000+ (DOE) plus commission
