A growing Inland Empire industrial company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a hands-on customer support and account service team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing, industrial distribution, aerospace, technical products, inside sales, or account management who enjoys leading people, solving customer issues, and working closely with sales and operations.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the customer service/account support team
Manage customer escalations and resolve service issues
Partner with sales, operations, and technical teams
Support quotes, order follow-up, account communication, and workflow
Monitor department activity and improve efficiency
Build strong customer relationships and maintain service levels
Qualifications
Customer service leadership, inside sales, sales support, or account management experience
Manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or technical product background preferred
Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
ERP/CRM experience preferred; Prophet 21 / P21 is a plus
