Customer Service Manager

A growing industrial company in the Inland Empire is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead a fast-paced team supporting key client accounts, technical sales support, and daily customer operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day business, leading a team, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support a customer service/account support team
Manage customer escalations and help drive solutions
Partner closely with Sales Engineers and Operations teams
Support quoting, account management, and customer communication
Monitor workflow and help improve department efficiency
Maintain strong customer relationships and service levels
Qualifications:
Prior leadership experience within customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support
Background within manufacturing, industrial distribution, aerospace, or technical product environments highly preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
ERP/CRM system experience preferred (P21 experience is a plus)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
