Seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of CNC machinery sales—from order execution through delivery, installation, and customer success. This role supports a $20M+ book of business and works cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, and customers.
End-to-End Order Execution & Customer Success
Own post-quote execution for CNC machinery and automation sales
Coordinate production timelines, shipping, rigging, installation, and final delivery
Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle
Manage 150+ machines annually across various configurations
Sales Operations & Revenue Coordination
Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, invoices, and payment schedules
Partner with sales on deal structuring, approvals, and financing coordination
Track order progress, delivery milestones, and revenue timing
Support forecasting and month/year-end close
Logistics, Shipping & Installation
Coordinate domestic & international freight, rigging, and installation
Manage shipping documentation (BOLs, HTS codes, tariffs, insurance, etc.)
Schedule and oversee delivery and on-site installation timelines
Financial, Tax & Compliance
Support Arizona TPT compliance, exemption certificates, and resale documentation
Coordinate deposits, progress billing, and final invoicing
Assist with financing transactions and closing documentation
Systems & Process Management
Maintain Salesforce CRM (MUST HAVE) including asset tracking and order data
Utilize QuickBooks (Enterprise) and Excel for reporting and operations
Build and improve workflows, templates, and operational processes
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams and vendors
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions
Keep all stakeholders aligned and informed
Marketing & Event Support
Support demo days, showroom events, and customer-facing initiatives
Coordinate vendor participation and logistics
Assist with website updates and social media efforts
Qualifications
4–7+ years in operations, sales ops, logistics, or similar
Experience managing complex projects or high-value orders
Salesforce required (QuickBooks/Excel preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
