What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales and customer service teams to meet and exceed goals.

Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and trends to expand business reach.

Customer Relationship Management
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, resolving issues with speed and professionalism.
• Promote a customer-first approach across all touchpoints.
Performance & Reporting
• Set measurable KPIs and continuously monitor team and individual performance.
• Use reporting tools to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
• Drive accountability and improvement through regular evaluations and feedback.
Training & Development
• Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement personalized coaching plans.
• Foster continuous learning to keep the team ahead of market trends.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Proven success in a senior sales management role, preferably in home improvement or related industries.
• Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, manage, and grow high-performing teams.
• Sales Savvy: Deep understanding of sales techniques, pipeline management, and market strategy.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical Skills: Confident using data to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
