Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for premium packaging and in-store merchandising solutions? A fast-growing, family-owned packaging company in the San Fernando Valley is looking for a savvy, high-performing Sales Executive to join their team.
This is a direct hire opportunity with uncapped earning potential — top reps are earning $200K+ annually.

• What You’ll Bring:

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in cosmetic or consumer packaging
• Experience selling POP displays, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, or similar
• A strong book of business or the ability to build one quickly
• Integrity, trustworthiness, and a long-game mindset — you build and grow client relationships
• A self-starter attitude with a love for selling and closing deal

• What You’ll Do:

• Sell premium packaging solutions to high-end clients in beauty, wellness, and consumer goods
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with in-house structural engineers and operations to deliver custom solutions
• Shadow top-performing reps during onboarding to learn the ropes

• Compensation & Perks:

• $80K+ base salary (more for the right candidate) + 10% commission on gross profit
• Commission paid when the order is placed — no waiting for client payment
