Job Title: Sales Coordinator
M-F 7-4
$24-$25/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team through CRM management, quote preparation, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain CRM data, including cleaning leads, assigning territories, and ensuring accurate lead distribution
Coordinate with the sales team to review, prepare, and correct quotes; assist with quote templates and presentation quality
Schedule tasks, assign follow-ups, and support overall sales operations workflow
Communicate with sales representatives to assist with client needs, including occasional calls and presentations
Generate and analyze reports using QuickBooks and CRM systems
Support development and documentation of sales procedures and best practices
Collaborate with international teams to align CRM processes across U.S. and Europe
Assist with marketing efforts, including drafting customer emails and providing feedback on website content for the U.S. market
Coordinate trade show preparation, including booth applications, vendor communication, and marketing material submissions

Qualifications:
2+ years experience, of sales, marketing, and/or trade show experience
Experience with QuickBooks, required
Experience with CRM systems and/or ERP software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Some experience in marketing or customer communications is a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and international teams
