A local organization is looking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Coordinator to join their team. This local organization has been in business over 30 years and is a leader in their industry. As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to support our Latin America Sales Manager in driving strategic initiatives across Central and South America. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong analytical and marketing skills, and a passion for the medical device industry.
You will get to work closely and coordinate LATAM sales projects and liaise with HQ
Conduct competitive market research and data analysis using Tableau and Power BI.
Develop and execute ATL/BTL marketing strategies tailored to each LATAM country.
Manage CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Create high-impact presentations using AI tools for executive-level meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
Organize and support direct marketing campaigns and events.
Stay current on healthcare trends, technologies, and regional regulations.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in a sales coordination or marketing role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required).
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM platforms.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with KOL management, OKRs, KPIs, and SOSTAC analysis.
Ability to travel as needed.
