Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering a seamless and efficient client experience. This role is responsible for a range of administrative and customer service tasks, including processing and proofreading orders, coordinating project documentation, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. The Sales Assistant will assist Account Executives with client communication, order tracking, and follow-ups, as well as research quotes and reorder history to support pricing and production decisions. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
