A well-known company providing consumer products & services is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join their team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, growing existing customers, and supporting sales initiatives.

Pay: $55K-$65K/yr
Location: On-site in Santa Barbara, CA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Job Duties:
-Taking inbound and making outbound telephone calls, providing information on the products and activities of the business.
-Internal sales support to existing customers including complaint handling.
-Some outbound calls for new tier 2 and 3 sales.
-Onboarding of new customers including sales and product implementation

Qualifications:
-Previous sales/customer service experience
