Sales Support / Account Support Specialist
What You’ll Do
Support Account Managers by preparing quotes and sourcing computer hardware, software, and related IT products
Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and customers via phone and email
Research IT products and solutions to support sales opportunities
Manage sales support tasks including customer follow-up, product sourcing, and account research
Deliver strong customer service while managing multiple priorities
Assist with additional administrative and sales support duties as needed
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or clerical support (wireless retail or phone-based customer service preferred)
Interest in or familiarity with computer hardware, software, and IT products
Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Tech-savvy mindset and interest in IT solutions
