Sales Associate

Supports in all aspects of the sales, recruitment process, and daily operations with the objective of being mentored for a Consultant position after three to six months. Assist in qualifying, acquiring, servicing, maintaining and expanding mentor’s client base; assist in obtaining job orders (temp, temp to full time and full-time) solicited from the business community
Key Responsibilities
• Client development and rapport building
• Actively campaign target accounts heavy outside sales
• New client development
• Continue to develop client relationships through on-site visits
• Maintain sales budget expectations through direct interaction with Branch, Area and Regional Management
• Build a client base of (# to be determined) qualified leads and implement phases of Target Process for each
• Maintain minimum standards and increase sales for temporary/contract billing and full-time cash-in
• Maintain credit and collection standards in accordance with Company policies
• Plan/coordinate events as needed to attract clients (i.e., client lunches, quarterly lunch meetings
• Complete all documentation in Office Automation on prospects and targets at the initial stages of contact and throughout the development of the relationship
• Keep accurate business records and receipts for reimbursement
• Join community-based organizations and/or industry associations

High School Diploma or GED
BA degree in Business & Marketing & Sales would be a plus
Experience level 2-3 years in business development & sales positions
