About the Role
A growing team in Mt. Pleasant is seeking a highly organized Sales Assistant to support two Sales Executives, one based locally and one in Savannah. This is a direct hire opportunity with a close-knit team of five. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to pivot quickly, and manage shifting priorities with ease.

This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys keeping projects and people organized. Sales experience is not required, but attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to support busy executives are essential.


Key Responsibilities
-Create, edit, and finalize sales proposals in Microsoft Word using existing templates.
-Print, bind, and email proposals to prospects and clients.
-Track, update, and maintain proposal/pricing data in Excel.
-Send proposals and follow up with clients via email.
-Assist with gathering marketing data and proposal details.
-Manage multiple screens, databases, and applications simultaneously.
-Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
-Communicate professionally and efficiently on behalf of Sales Executives.

What We’re Looking For
-Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Ability to work confidently with templates in Word (formatting, editing, updating).
-Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-A proactive self-starter who doesn’t need extensive direction.
-Comfortable working 100% on-site with a small, hardworking team.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and being able to focus on priorities but -knows when to pivot.
