We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator, this role is well suited for an administrative support, sales operations, leasing support, or accounting support professional who enjoys keeping documentation, invoicing, reporting, and customer records accurate and organized.
The Sales Administrator will support a professional business services environment with strong visibility across sales, logistics, leasing partners, and customer-facing teams. In this role, you will help keep sales and leasing processes moving smoothly by managing documentation, processing invoices, coordinating approvals, and supporting internal workflow. Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices for equipment orders, cash sales, leases, exchanges, loaners, and rentals accurately and on time.
- Review incoming sales documentation for completeness, signatures, payment structures, equipment details, and credit approval requirements.
- Maintain sales order workflow through Docuware, including credit application entry, document uploads, and lease funding packages.
- Coordinate with sales personnel, customers, leasing companies, and logistics teams to resolve funding, buyout, upgrade, return, and authorization issues.
- Prepare lease documents, Schedule A forms, addendums, funding worksheets, daily sales reports, and sales commission tracking.
- Use internal databases and business systems to manage documentation, reporting, and administrative workflow.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Support sales administration, leasing documentation, invoicing, and order processing workflows.
- Manage document review, credit application entry, lease packages, reporting, and internal system updates.
- Coordinate with sales, customers, leasing partners, logistics, and internal teams to resolve documentation and funding issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, approvals, and administrative follow-up for sales operations.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative support, sales support, accounting support, leasing support, or related business office experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents for accuracy, completeness, signatures, payment terms, and approval requirements.
- Comfortable working with invoices, sales orders, credit applications, lease paperwork, reports, and customer documentation.
- Experience using business systems, document management tools, databases, or CRM-style platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and leasing partners.
- Reliable, collaborative, and process-oriented approach to administrative work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docuware or similar document management systems.
- Prior experience supporting equipment sales, leasing, rentals, logistics, or business services operations.
- Familiarity with lease funding packages, Schedule A forms, addendums, buyouts, upgrades, exchanges, or return authorizations.
- Experience preparing sales reports, commission tracking, funding worksheets, or related operational reporting.
