A thriving personal care distributor in Ontario, CA is seeking a Sales Administrator to support a busy sales organization in a 100% onsite, full-time role. The Sales Administrator will serve as the operational backbone for the sales team, helping representatives prepare for meetings, manage follow-ups, coordinate samples and orders, and support customer communication. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales representatives for customer meetings by organizing presentations, product information, pricing details, samples, and key talking points.
- Track open sales opportunities, follow-up items, order status, sample requests, timelines, and next steps to keep deals moving forward.
- Coordinate communication between Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics to support customer needs and product launch activity.
- Assist with onboarding new customers, completing required documentation, maintaining sales records, and organizing contracts and proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and help resolve issues related to orders, logistics, samples, product details, and timelines.
- Improve sales support processes by maintaining accurate data and creating organized systems that help the team work more efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite in Ontario, CA.

- Support sales meeting preparation, including presentations, product details, pricing, samples, and follow-up materials.
- Manage sales support follow-through, including order tracking, sample requests, customer updates, and internal timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics.
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, proposals, customer documentation, and opportunity tracking.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, sales support, or sales operations experience.
- Recent experience supporting a sales team in a distribution, manufacturing, consumer goods, or related environment.
- Familiarity working with major retailer online portals such as Walmart, Target, or similar platforms.
- Experience with order tracking, logistics coordination, customer documentation, or product launch support.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales teams within personal care, beauty, consumer products, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience assisting with new product launches, retail account support, or customer onboarding.
- Ability to improve administrative processes, organize workflows, and create systems that help sales teams operate more efficiently.
