Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Administrative Coordinator for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This on-site role supports sales administration, customer order processing, documentation management, inventory tracking, shipping coordination, and day-to-day office operations within an established electronics and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders, invoices, purchase orders, credit card transactions, pricing documents, and related administrative paperwork with accuracy.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer, sales, order, and inventory information in company systems.
- Review documentation for completeness, identify discrepancies, and follow up with internal team members to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records, files, logs, inventory reports, and monthly sales or administrative reports.
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory, monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare shipping documentation.
- Support daily office operations, including payment processing, office supply ordering, events, special projects, and general administrative support.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Work Location: On-site in Bellevue, WA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, payment transactions, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and administrative records in company systems.
- Coordinate inventory tracking, documentation review, discrepancy follow-up, and shipping paperwork.
- Support office operations, reporting, supply ordering, and general administrative projects.

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, sales support, order processing, office coordination, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data, reviewing documents, and processing transactions.
- Proficiency with common office software and the ability to learn internal business systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in an on-site office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in electronics, components, semiconductor manufacturing, distribution, or a related technical product environment.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking, shipping documentation, customer order processing, or sales administration workflows.
- Experience supporting a small office or collaborative team where flexibility and follow-through are important.
