Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to multiple sales professionals in a fast-paced team environment.
- Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, tracking tools, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Manage promotional materials, coordinate mailings, and assist with documents, presentations, meetings, and events.
- Research and help resolve invoice discrepancies, return authorizations, and other sales support issues.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and sales colleagues to support timely follow-up and accurate information flow.
- Maintain organized records, manage multiple priorities, and help ensure sales processes are completed accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support multiple sales professionals with administrative coordination, reporting, and daily operational needs.
- Prepare sales reports, track purchase orders, and assist with invoice issues and return authorizations.
- Coordinate promotional materials, mailings, documents, presentations, meetings, and events.
- At least 3 years of sales administration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel Skills - Vlookup & Pivot.
- Experience using communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage accurate data, reports, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Dependable, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a sales team within a wholesale trade, import-export, distribution, or national sales environment.
- Prior experience assisting with sales operations, promotional materials, purchase orders, invoicing, or return authorization processes.
- Comfort preparing professional presentations, coordinating meetings, and supporting internal events.
