Virginia Beach, VA - Our client, a national sales organization, is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support multiple sales professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys managing data and helping a high-performing team succeed.
You will provide administrative and operational support, including preparing and updating sales reports, tracking purchase orders, managing promotional materials, resolving invoice issues, and processing return authorizations. You will also coordinate mailings, assist with documents and presentations, support meetings and events, and maintain strong communication with colleagues and clients.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of sales administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom), excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A self-starter who is dependable, tech-savvy, and a team player will thrive in this role.
