Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker and relationship builder who can manage key accounts, provide expert guidance, and drive sales growth in the semiconductor components industry. Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
-Provide technical sales expertise in substrate fabrication, assembly, and testing.
-Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
-Collaborate extensively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
-Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
-Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.
-Participate in evening conference calls and domestic/international travel as required.

Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a mid to large-cap international company (preferably in electronics manufacturing).
-Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive revenue growth.
-Expertise in semiconductor components and related manufacturing processes.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
