Seeking a detail-oriented Safety & Fleet Compliance Coordinator to support company-wide safety programs and fleet compliance efforts. This role partners closely with the Safety Manager and Fleet Manager to ensure regulatory requirements are met, training is tracked accurately, and fleet operations remain compliant.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track safety training and compliance using Cornerstone (LMS)
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate safety and training records
• Monitor fleet safety alerts and driver performance systems (e.g., Samsara) and coordinate corrective training
• Track driver licenses, medical certifications, and DMV Pull Notice (PNR) updates
• Coordinate DOT drug and alcohol testing and driver onboarding compliance
• Support fleet inspections, including 90-day BIT inspections and Clean Truck Check reporting
• Maintain inspection, maintenance, and compliance records within NetSuite
• Assist with safety communications, training calendars, and ongoing system improvements
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of project management or compliance coordination experience
• Prior experience in safety, fleet, or transportation compliance preferred
• Working knowledge of DOT, BIT, CARB, and OSHA regulations
• Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred), telematics, and compliance systems
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly desired
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tracking systems
