Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented SWIFT Payment Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role supports payment operations within a banking environment, with a focus on wire payments, SWIFT MX formatted messages, defect tracking, reporting, and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Support defect identification, updates, potential resolution, and prioritization across payment operations functions.
- Create reporting materials, executive summaries, burndown charts, and leadership presentations.
- Lead daily review meetings with multiple internal business, operations, and technology partners.
- Document meeting notes, key decisions, action items, and takeaways from all stakeholder meetings.
- Follow established processes, procedures, and control policies within a regulated banking environment.
- Assist with issue tracking and operational readiness related to wire payments and SWIFT message formats.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $56.67 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support payment operations initiatives involving wire payments and SWIFT MX formatted messages.
- Track, document, and prioritize defects using tools such as Octane and/or JIRA.
- Create executive-level reporting, presentations, and burndown charts.
- Lead daily review meetings and coordinate updates with internal partners.
- 3-5 years of relevant banking, payments operations, business execution, audit, or financial services experience.
- Experience with wire payments and MX formatted messages.
- Experience using Octane and/or JIRA for issue tracking, defect management, or project support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to all levels of management.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow control policies, processes, and procedures.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with multiple internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience with money transfer systems.
- Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced banking operations environment.
- Ability to shift focus quickly and support multiple issues, meetings, or priorities at the same time.
