About the Role
Lead core banking systems, branch operations support, training, and new branch development. Oversee policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal banking regulations while managing a team that supports complex operational needs.
What You’ll Do
Oversee branch operations, deposit systems, and quality reviews
Lead development of policies, procedures, and compliance practices
Manage vendor relationships and guide new product implementation
Oversee training to ensure staff readiness and compliance
Lead new branch development from lease to opening
Coordinate special projects and support audit readiness
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years in branch/deposit operations within banking/financial services
5+ years management or supervisory experience
Strong regulatory knowledge (deposits, payments, AML, privacy)
Skilled in Microsoft Office & banking systems
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
