Immediate need for Electronics Inspector – SMT / PCB Assembly

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision electronics? Join a cutting-edge manufacturing team as an Electronics Inspector and play a critical role in ensuring top-quality PCB assemblies in a fast-paced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) environment!

In this role, you’ll be the gatekeeper of quality—performing first article inspections, verifying workmanship to IPC-A-610 standards, and ensuring every PCB assembly meets the highest standards before it leaves the facility.

What You’ll Do:

-Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIR) and document results accurately.
-Visually inspect PCBs for fine details and adherence to assembly standards.
-Verify assemblies meet IPC-A-610 workmanship requirements.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and bills of material.
-Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
-Maintain inspection records using MS Word, Excel, or equivalent.

What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of experience in electronics inspection within an SMT environment.
-Strong knowledge of PCBA assembly processes and fine-detail inspection.
-Proven expertise with IPC-A-610 standards.
-Ability to read and interpret technical documents accurately.
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and quality-focused.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent).
