We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Production Leader with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to drive the execution, optimization, and leadership of our enterprise email marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is motivated to influence strategy, improve processes, and deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.

As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will lead end-to-end email campaign production, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and guide cross-functional partners to ensure flawless execution across complex initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Lead process design, optimization, and solution's within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance campaign efficiency and quality.
Oversee end-to-end production of email campaigns, including personalization, dynamic content, HTML/SQL-based components, automations, and journey mapping.
Partner with marketing campaign managers, product teams, and business leaders to align execution strategies with organizational priorities.
Define key campaign parameters and creative approach, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to refine systems, processes, and best practices within email marketing operations.
Review, analyze, and troubleshoot campaign performance and production workflows to recommend improvements.
Mentor and guide email marketing consultants on SFMC capabilities, ensuring scalable, repeatable, and effective campaign execution.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of email marketing production experience, ideally in a regulated or enterprise environment specifically financial and or banking
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, dynamic content, personalization, and SQL).
Proven experience leading marketing programs, initiatives, or teams.
Banking or financial services industry experience (or similar highly regulated industry).
Strong understanding of HTML coding for email, SQL queries, and marketing automation best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective SFMC solutions that drive business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Background in process improvement or marketing operations strategy.
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret campaign performance data.
