Job Summary

A growing property management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a commercial real estate portfolio throughout South Los Angeles and Los Angeles County. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a proactive property management professional who enjoys tenant relations, commercial property operations, vendor coordination, lease administration, and maintaining high-performing retail assets.

The Senior Property Manager will support a portfolio that includes Class B retail commercial properties and nationally recognized tenants. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, strong ownership involvement, and the ability to make a visible impact across multiple properties. Candidates who are organized, responsive, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing both operational details and strategic property needs will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations for commercial properties, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Manage tenant requests, communicate with corporate tenant representatives, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ownership groups, and service providers.
- Conduct regular property inspections and site walk-throughs, prepare reports, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Prepare, administer, and maintain commercial lease documentation, renewals, amendments, and related property records.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance projects, vendor contracts, service agreements, and capital improvement projects.
- Perform annual CAM reconciliations and assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and property performance monitoring.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple commercial property locations.
- Lead tenant relations, lease administration, vendor coordination, and property maintenance activities.
- Support CAM reconciliations, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in AppFolio and SharePoint.

- 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Experience managing multiple commercial properties and tenant relationships.
- Strong understanding of commercial lease administration and property operations.
- Proficiency with AppFolio, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel regularly between property locations throughout Los Angeles County.

Preferred Qualifications

- California Real Estate License.
- Experience managing retail shopping centers or commercial property portfolios.
- Knowledge of CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with national, corporate, or multi-location retail tenants.
