ABOUT THE JOB: Apply now! We are seeking an ambitious candidate to fill a role as Senior Contracts Administrator, someone that is passionate about teamwork, integrity, and commitment. You will be responsible for providing support with contractual strategy and administration, supporting management on the interpretation, rights and obligations within contract terms and conditions. You will play a key role within the Risk and Contracts team, as your role is critical in minimizing organizational risk through contract and proposal review, compliance checks and collaboration with operational leaders. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in contract administration, ideally in a construction or related industry.
• Familiar with construction industry terminology and processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Advanced knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Professional.
• Strong computer skills and familiarization with ERP
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Vista by Viewpoint software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Perform well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
