Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 7+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred).
* Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, inventory, and cost accounting.
* Required: Hands-on NetSuite ERP (implementation, testing, configuration).
* Experience with manufacturing (raw materials, WIP, labor, costing).
* Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally.



Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance.
* Overseeing inventory accounting (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
* Leading physical inventory and cycle count processes.
* Analyzing variances and managing costing and COGS.
* Administering and optimizing NetSuite ERP system.
* Supporting ERP implementations, testing (UAT), and enhancements.
* Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
* Driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
