General Description
Administers, coordinates, monitors, manages and supports the SAP & S4H applications to ensure the correct performance. Understands human resources processes to connect and streamline system processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensures that each incident is analyzed, diagnosed and root cause is found. Recommend new controls to avoid incidents.
· Supports troubleshooting with hiring and changes within the OM and PA modules in SAP
· Support in the HR ticketing alignment in collaboration with the Our People Service Center
· Ensure incidents are reported, documented and solved. Reports the issues, status and diagnosis.
· Supports analysis requests and investigation.
· Daily monitoring of user databases to ensure quality of the data.
· Monitors and escalate system stability (as needed), ensuring that all operational tasks run error-free and application performance is optimal.
· Manages recurring procedures and/or related guides of the applications in charge.
· Manages recurrent reports and audits requirements to the assigned applications and processes.
· Ensures communication with all BU and Operational Teams affected (i.e. HR, IT, among others).
· Communication releases enhancement to internal users.
· Ensures that SLA is met according to all requirements.
· Testing collaboration with the lead of other modules in the system. Monitor to ensure integration required with our ERP system for some process.
· Support in specific requests, new projects development and testing.
· Assisting internal and external users in current systems functionalities
degree in business, Science, Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
Experience
· Must have a minimum of three (3) years of SAP/S4 Hana related experience. Experience in Personnel Actions/Organizational Management SAP Modules, preferable.
Other Qualifications
· Proven experience with SAP, required.
· Analytical skills required to identify incidents root cause.
· Detail-oriented, organized, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Process improvements oriented.
· Self-driven, agile, and able to work independently and on multiple engagements simultaneously.
· Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude with a deep commitment to strong business results.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
