Rotating Office Specialist
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with weekend coverage required as needed (schedule provided at least 1 week in advance)
Will Work in Multiple Locations: Temecula, Canyon Lake & Hemet
Employment Type: Long-term temporary with potential for permanent hire

We are seeking a versatile and dependable Rotating Office Specialist to provide administrative and customer service support for a Homeowners Association (HOA) at multiple locations, including Temecula, Canyon Lake, and Hemet. This role involves working in both office and on-site HOA environments, learning procedures at several locations to provide coverage during absences, vacations, and peak seasons. (Coverage will be assigned a week in advance and will work 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide front desk support, answer phones, and greet homeowners or visitors
Assemble mailers and prepare documents
Assist Community Managers with reports and administrative tasks
Issue and track keys, fobs, and other amenity access items
Deliver professional, responsive customer service to residents and clients
Adapt to different work environments and learn location-specific processes

Work Schedule:
Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM at Temecula or Canyon Lake offices

Weekend coverage required when assigned to certain HOA locations in Hemet or surrounding areas (Saturday/Sunday shifts: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM)

Alternate schedules will be assigned when weekend shifts are required, with days off provided during the week
