Houston roofing services provider specializing in installation, repair, restoration, and preventative maintenance is hiring for Outside Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage your book of business
• Hunt for new leads through site visits, networking, and referrals
• Build long-term client relationships
• Conduct inspections (with technical support, if needed)
• Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close contracts
• Partner with estimators and project teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years in outside sales (commercial roofing, construction, or similar B2B services)
• Knowledge of roofing systems IS A PLUS! (TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, metal, etc.)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Sales record of new business; a hunter mentality with relationship-builder finesse
• Valid driver’s license + comfort-level with local travel
